Returns

It is the policy of the cyrilcroucher.com to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. Should the product not match your requirements on arrival or you change your mind, and it is returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days with all packaging and ticketing intact and attached. We will refund you in full excluding the delivery charge.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.

We must be informed by email if you are returning a product for a refund.

Please inform customerservices@cyrilcroucher.com with the reason(s) for returning the product.

Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of acceptance, subject to availability (maximum delivery time 7 working days). Please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

All methods of our delivery will require a signature. Please note that with regard to international shipments, you are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

Please email customerservices@cyrilcroucher.com if you have a special request regarding delivery. Please remember to state the delivery address, country and area code.

Claims

We must be informed of any damage to the product within 48 hours of delivery by email to customerservices@cyrilcroucher.com quoting your unique order number.
